I love Canadian Tire and yes it can be a pain looking for a product but most stores operate this way. It is a self serve business model which has been in effect for years since I worked for one of their stores back in the 1970's.

I second the opinion of 'awesome'. I have been a customer of this shop for about 20 years. Never been disappointed. This shop can service just about any car or truck - even my 'ancient' BMW. They never do more than needed and are reasonably priced.

Our van broke down at Pink Mountain BC. We had it towed to Dale's Automotive after receiving a recommendation from a local there.
The mechanic took a look at our van the next morning and said that a part needed to be ordered. When it came the next day, he worked through his lunch hour to get us back on the road. The cost for the work came in very close to the estimate, and we were charged a very reasonable rate.
We wholeheartedly recommend Dale's Automotive!

I started going to A and J Automotive several years ago.He is an amazing mechanic and he is honest.As a woman going to a mechanic, he is the best I have ever dealt with. These are the most honest and caring people. They go out of their way to make their clients feel comfortable. I know from experience that they have even gone so far as to transport drivers/families to Grande Prairie or Edmonton at no charge to get them home while their vehicle was disabled.
